Its actions are completely within Israeli law as at present = constituted. Of course it is the obligation of an army to remind its = soldiers of their responsibilities under the Geneva Convention. Since = the army does not do this, the obligation falls on concerned citizens. In spite or perhaps because of Israel's refusal to allow the press to = report on its actions which are shrouded in secrecy, its image = throughout the world is appalling. Any further action against peace = groups will compound this damage.=20 I would urgently request that action against Gush Shalom is ended as = soon as possible Diana Neslen |
