The government’s “security” argument is the same one it used in 1967.

For fifty-nine years we have been told the occupation is temporary, and for fifty-nine years it has grown. Every checkpoint, every settlement, every demolition order is justified by the same word: security. It is time to say plainly what that word now protects.
